
Customer Service and Maintenance Lead

Main Tasks:
- Salary: £23,450 per annum (pro-rata based on hours worked), plus excellent benefits
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 17:00 pm with 1 hour for lunch
- Location: Our Yeats Lodge in Thame
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the lodge, including coordination of activities and events, maintenance of the property, and provision of customer services. You will work closely with our Area Manager and other colleagues to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
Your excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will make you an asset to our team. You will also be responsible for reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the relevant authorities and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted.
About You:
We are looking for someone with a friendly, outgoing personality who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You should have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a residential setting, and be able to demonstrate your ability to work independently and as part of a team.
