Job Overview:

About the Position:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled MET Technician to work in a state-of-the-art body shop, utilizing modern equipment and techniques to repair damaged vehicles in line with manufacturers' specifications. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency, working closely with the team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair damaged vehicles in line with manufacturers' specifications.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of vehicle repair techniques.

Requirements and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a recognized apprenticeship as a MET Strip Fitter / MET Technician and a technical qualification (such as NVQ / ATA / IMI / SVQ). They must also have previous experience working as a MET Technician / MET Strip Fitter within a busy body shop and possess strong team player skills with self-motivation to earn bonus hours. Additionally, they should have experience with geometry work and 4-wheel alignment.

Benefits and Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum, DOE, along with an excellent bonus scheme that can increase earnings to £65,000 OTE. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 45-hour working hours per week, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
