**Job Description**:
We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients, to join our team in Aylesbury Vale. As a Senior Care Professional you will work directly with the Team Leader, work closely with Care Professionals, conduct introductions between clients and Care Professionals, and provide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent in their own home as required.

You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.

**Qualifications**:
As a Senior Care Assistant you must have achieved a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social care or equivalent. Experience within the care section is essential, you must have a passion for delivering good customer service, and have knowledge and understanding of legislation specific to Health Social care.
