**Job Description**:
A Care Professional with Home Instead has a kind and compassion heart, and is someone who wants to truly make a difference to the quality of life for seniors. Our Care Professionals provide support that is completely personalised to the individual based on a close bond being formed through shared experiences and interests. Your passion for supporting others and your pride to deliver outstanding service will come from your reliability and trustworthiness. You will enjoy building professional and respectful friendships and be comfortable spending time in the company of others with the ability to be flexible to meet client’s needs.

As a member of the Evening Care Professionals team your working hours will be 17:00-23:00. and your days of work will be based around your availability.

As an evening Care Professional your responsibilities could include but are not limited to:

- Tea-time visits, preparing dinner for clients
- 'Tuck-in' visits to support clients with their evening routine
- Providing personal care in a respectful and caring manner
- Home-help
- Companionship
- Prompting medication administration

**Qualifications**:
You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a Care Professional, just a passion for making a difference to the lives of others. However, it would be a bonus to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people.

A driving license and access to your own vehicle is required for this role.
