We are looking for a dedicated and caring Senior Care and Support Assistant to join our team at Sanctuary Supported Living's CQC Registered Physical Disabilities Scheme, Pennefather Court, Aylesbury. As a Senior Care and Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to customers, leading a team of care assistants, and promoting safe practices within the service.

You will work closely with staff to deliver person-centred care, encourage independence, and promote personal growth.
