Schools Advisory Service are a national provider of insurance to schools. Our market leading product provides absence protection and health and wellbeing services to thousands of school employee’s. We are looking to recruit a Customer Account Manager to join our multiskilled Client Support team.

The role will be to manage your own individual book of clients; supporting them throughout their policy; taking them through the renewal of their policy each year; and recognising any New Business sales opportunities.

Your starting salary will be £24,000.00, which will then be increased to £30,000.00 after 6 months, providing your initial probation period is passed.

You will undertake a number of activities on a daily basis involving;
- Managing your own book of SAS accounts.
- Handling the renewal process of existing clients.
- Maintaining quality and customer service standards.
- Handling any policy queries that arise from customers.
- General office administration duties.
- Calculating a quotation for renewals and issuing this to the client.
- Identifying any NB sales opportunities from our existing clients.

We’d be looking for someone with at least 1 years’ worth of experience in a customer service/account manager role.

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
