About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Unipart Logistics. As a key member of our Customer Support Services Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all customer enquiries and issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and record customer enquiries and issues onto our call management system
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues within our customer service guidelines
  • Liaise with customers to manage return requests and authorise credits where necessary
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Advise customers on suitable alternative products and place orders on their behalf where necessary
Requirements
  • Strong customer service experience in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve customer service goals
