About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Unipart Logistics. As a key member of our Customer Support Services Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and record customer enquiries in a precise manner, using our call management system.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, adhering to our customer service guidelines.
  • Liaise with customers to process requests for direct issues of stock, urgent orders, and returns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing them with tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Advise customers on suitable alternative products and place orders on their behalf, where necessary.
