Based in Worthing, our client is within the Retail industry.
**Description**
As a Customer Administrator your responsibilities will include:
- Raise and issuing refunds where necessary whilst keeping accurate records.
- Liaising with team leaders to feedback all issues to remain in line with operational processes.
- Some manual handling required as searching for orders may be required
- Undertaking any other reasonable tasks as and when required.
**Profile**
The successful Customer Administrator will have the following knowledge/skills:
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Great problem solving skills
**Job Offer**
- £10 - £11.50 per hour
- Monday to Friday
- Ongoing temporary assignment
