**Job Title**:Customer Service Administrator**
**Location: Washington, West Sussex**
**Pay Rate: £10-£11 per hour**
**Temporary role: Ongoing with strong potential for permanent placement**
**Full Time: Monday - Thursday 9am - 5:30pm, Friday 9am - 5pm**
**Must be available immediately**
**Our client based in Washington is a fast-growing and ambitious company with a great culture. They are a high-growth technology business focused on the reseller channel. Founded in 2012 and now employs over 35 fantastic people, with revenues in excess of £12m.
They are looking for Customer Service Administrators to join their team on temporary and contract basis, with the possibility of development into a permanent role. Please note, due to the rural nature of our client's offices, your own transport will be required.
**Responsibilities**
- Identify, investigate, and resolve a query, complaint or general enquiry from customers while processing a variety of order types, provisioning licences, and setting up recurring billing.
**Requirements**:

- Industry experience desired but not essential

- Proactive and hard working in your approach to work.
- Great organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
