Bristol Childrens Centres are a unique place for children and families, offering many varied opportunities for young children and their parents to learn and develop and reach the best possible outcomes.

A variety of Children Centre Support Worker positions have become available within our teams across Bristol.

If you are committed to supporting families and children, want to make a difference and want to work in a quality family environment then this is a good opportunity to demonstrate your skills and ability.

The role will involve working with the Family Support team and other multi agency professional partners, to meet the needs of individuals, the communities and local priorities.

Your days will be varied. You may support in a under 5 Baby Hub in the morning and facilitate a parent and child group in the afternoon, signposting a family for further support and offering a listening ear.

You will be confident in working as part of a busy team providing a universal and targeted service and have experience of multi-agency partnership work. You will receive regular supervision. You will also promote good equalities practice and value diversity across the service.
