Calling potential customers on behalf of a photo studio.

Customers have opted into the call and have a voucher they can use towards buying a photo package for their newborn child.

Reporting directly to a team manager and ultimately to the call centre manager.

Answering questions about product specifications and pricing.
Find out more information about the potential customer and their needs.
Accurately and efficiently entering customer information into our system, or a third party portal.

Assist colleagues when required to maximise efficiency.
Maintain working knowledge of products and services, keeping current on industry developments, and attending training as required.

B2C sales or customer service experience is required, you must be ableadhere to quality guidelines.

Flexible Working Hours between:
Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00

You must be able to work 20 hours per week.
