London, United Kingdom Community Fibre Full time

Hi there Thanks for stopping by our job ad.

We’re London’s largest and fastest 100% full fibre broadband provider, bringing better internet to Londoners since 2013. Unlike most providers, we build, own and operate our dedicated fibre optic network and install it directly into the home, meaning we can deliver a super-fast connection at prices the national providers find hard to beat. We’re a relatively new company to the market, but since establishment:

- We’re the only broadband provider on the market offering residential speeds up to 3,000 Mbps.
- Our network covers over 1.3 million properties in London, which is more than one third of homes in the UK’s capital city.
- We have over 800,000 properties under wayleave agreement and are currently working in partnership with more than 200 of London’s biggest landlords.
- We have freely connected over 600 community spaces in 24 boroughs, giving more Londoners free access to fast, reliable broadband.

We’re proud of our achievements so far, but we are not complacent and definitely not stopping here. To help us get to our future, we’re looking for forward thinkers, people with big ideas, people passionate about technology and most importantly hard working team players to join us and be a part of our growing business.

**Job purpose**:
As IT Delivery Planning Coordinator, you will be responsible for making sure Community Fibre has an up to date IT delivery roadmap plan (for projects, small change and some critical incidents that require development solutions) and ensuring the business expectation is managed with the latest status of our plan including items that have delivered, changes in priority and items put on hold. The role holder is responsible for critical communications to ensure the whole IT team and the business are working to the same plan. You will help us specify and deliver the tool which will help us achieve a permanent live view of our change.

Our IT Delivery Planning Coordinator will help us understand the resource capacity we have available and will be able to ensure maximum utilisation of the IT team across all our delivery squads. You will be able to understand the impact of changes in prioritisation to timelines and be able to model scenarios.

You will be involved in meetings which prioritise the roadmap including attending the front door meetings and PMO meetings where we decide when we start projects and manage decisions on change. You will be preparing presentations for these sessions as well as for sessions where we review IT Delivery progress with individual business areas.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Ensuring IT has an up-to-date IT delivery roadmap plan (for projects, small change and some critical incidents that require development solutions).
- Liaising with the business on small change and critical incidents which require development to understand prioritisation.
- Communicating our plan including items that have delivered, changes in priority and items put on hold. This includes updates to the weekly project board, IT Front door process and business unit specific meetings as well as giving likely delivery dates and informing of changes to the plan.
- Communicating and data gathering from the IT squads to ensure our roadmap is up to date including attending scrum sessions as well as preparing data for and attend Project Board and IT delivery sessions.
- Delivering the right communication tools which will help us achieve a permanent live view of our change.
- Maintain a resource view of the roadmap and support sizing of activity.
- Any other duties which support maximising the output from the IT team and communicating challenges and deliveries to the wider Community Fibre business.

**The experience we’re looking for you to bring**:

- Prior experience in IT roadmap planning, working cross functionally with stakeholders from within IT and across the business is advantageous.
- Would need to be IT literate but be able to translate technical documents into business speak for communication.
- Would need great communication skills and build views of the data to share with others on a regular basis.
- Would have excellent organisation skills and be able to hit deadlines as well as managing internal stakeholder expectations.
- Would be able to understand the end-to-end IT plan to be able to translate change requests, technical release notes and other IT focused documents into updates to the plan.
- Ability to build a strong network of contacts across all levels of the organisation up to C level and maintain relationships.

**Why join us**:

- You get to work with some of the best technology in the market
- Be part of an exciting scale up business where you can bring your ideas, bring your knowledge, we value your contribution
- We all love time off whether that’s going on an exotic holiday or a staycation, you’ll get 25 days holiday to enjoy, increasing by 1 day for each year of service up to 28 days
