**Salary**: £25,000 - £28,000p.a. (pro rata)

**Hours of work**: Part-time - 22.5 hours per week, office based. (Ideally covering 5 days per week but a shorter working week may be possible).

A brilliant opportunity has become available for a **Part Time Team Assistant** to join a lovely family-owned business in Cambridge. You will hit the ground running, providing valuable administrative support to the property and finance teams at their Head Office.

**Duties & Responsibilities of the Team Assistant (part time)**:

- Diary and contact management.
- Expenses processing.
- Collating reports for key meetings, support for minor project work, scheduling of meetings, visitor first point of contact, and coordinating attendance at industry events.
- Key contact point with the Group’s marketing and communications agency. Helping to liaise over certain components of the Group’s output around social media, creating bespoke presentations, press releases and other key elements.
- Assist in streamlining processes, improving efficiency and communication and help in scoping, introducing, and working with new digital tools such as CRM and document management systems.

**Requirements for the Team Assistant (part time)**:

- Solid experience as a secretary / PA in a commercial environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail.
- A strong team player.
- Confidentiality and discretion, with a professional and flexible approach.
- A level of competence around marketing and communications - social media, use of PowerPoint presentations and some additional experience in this field would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and telephone skills.
- Able to work on own initiative and collaboratively.
- Calmness under pressure.
- Competent user of MS Office products.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
