**The Opportunity**

We’re looking for some to keep us leading in the product offering to the market by continuously improving our competitive position through managing the new and existing product portfolio. You’ll be working closely with group, commercial, and marketing functions to ensure we have a robust offering that drives increased revenue and profitability.

You’ll help support the delivery of the Concrete Product strategy with a particular focus on New Product Development and innovation.

Working closely with numerous teams across the business, you will support, advise and provide guidance to ensure the company is successful in developing and promoting new products and all innovation. Working closely with standards and managing the green certifications required to be truly accurate in declaring data. You will be able to communicate on a technical level internally providing reports on products and help to bring innovation whilst working with the right people to develop sustainable products and technologies.

**Who are you?**

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with previous experience in product management, technology or technical services roles. You’ll work as part of a team providing ideas and innovation whilst supporting the Concrete Products team nationally, and working with the specification and sales teams you will provide support in new product ideas and development

Reporting to the MD of Concrete Products, you will build solid and lasting relationships with senior specification, sustainability, commercial and operational management across the business and with our customers and client group.

You will have an ability to engage and undertake analysis of existing and emerging external markets to determine new market trends and opportunities for the business, whilst developing a robust product plan and business case inline with the overarching Concrete Product strategy in order to meet customer needs.

You’ll be able to develop and present New Product Developments presentations to key stakeholders and then upskill elevant teams and stakeholders to the required level of product knowledge.
