The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Production Manager to lead a busy production team located in Co.Monaghan. As the successful Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of products while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This position is a critical leadership role that requires a candidate with a proven track record of success in production management.
Salary Range from €50,000 to €60,000

Key Accountabilities
Overseeing a large workforce of employees in the manufacturing field.
Working to increase productivity for all product lines while decreasing expenses.
Masking sure employees are following industry health and safety guidelines.
Providing guidance, motivation and support to employees.
Creating policies that increase efficiency without compromising product integrity or safety.
Ensuring processes stay within budgets and deadlines
Skills and Experience Required
Proven track record of success in production management, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and food safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Weekly and monthly KPI Reports.
Production scheduling, considering stock, labour, equipment availability and orders.
Attend weekly production meetings and complete production reports.
Quality, Hygiene, and HACCP adherence.
Health, Safety and Environmental Compliance.
Work closely with Maintenance to avoid downtime or machine outages.
