As part of the Global Merchant & Network Services group (GMNS) the Network & Acquirer Solutions (NAS) team is at the core of American Express, uniquely positioned to service every business unit and customer across the Enterprise. Each year, we power billions of transactions through our global payments network, serving our Issuing and Acquiring businesses in more than 170 markets worldwide.
How will you make an impact in this role?

Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will partner with business stakeholders and technologies team to deliver network and enterprise priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Act as software Product Owner leading the delivery of critical capabilities. Work with other product owners and managers, deployment teams and technology teams to realise the product vision. Overtime, become a subject matter specialist for Amex Payment Tokenisation Utilize agile tools and techniques to drive successful delivery, including writing user stories, leading team ceremonies (refinement and planning). Lead and support agile working practices to deliver maximum value. Partner with capability delivery and technology teams to test and release. Input to new product iterations to continually enhance the product.Minimum Qualifications:
Relevant experience in Product Ownership, Management or equivalent. Thrive in taking an analytical approach with an ability to develop insights and provide recommendations for prioritization decisions. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies preferred. Superior organizational skills and the ability to drive results in a fast paced, multi-partner environment. Comfortable dealing with technical requirements and linking with business priorities. Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage, influence, negotiate and inspire stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills. Experience in delivering process and customer journey flows.
