Lettings Administrator

Reading, United Kingdom Parkers Estate Agents Full time

Responsibilities:

- Follow up on referencing
- Assist front office progressing lettings move ins
- Liaise with landlords and tenants on contract negotiations
- Arrange works orders such as gas safety certificates, EICR’s and any other remedial works
- Ensure legally required documents are in place prior to the start of the tenancy
- Update landlord and tenants throughout the process
- Liaise with the team to update on all move in progression

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills with both clients and team members
- Have great organisation skills and ability to prioritise work
- Have good IT skills - Word, Excell and ability to learn a new CRM
- High attention to detail and administrative skills
- Be proactive in their day to day role

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
