Trainee Letting Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team and management
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and other arrangements
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tenancy-related documents
- Assist in the coordination of property viewings and inspections
- Learn to conduct background checks and tenant screenings
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment - Maintaining records of tenants, landlords, and properties

- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team by providing administrative assistance. Your organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively will contribute to the smooth operation of the office. **Salary**: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
