**Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and building brand awareness across various social media platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our online presence and connect with our target audience.

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Daily maintenance and content creation for our social channels
- Follower engagement and community building on the social channels
- Ensuring all content is delivered across the appropriate channels and embodies the relevant tone of voice for the brands
- Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread our brand and our content and links
- Blogging and writing unique content for social audiences
- Working with the design team to develop assets for social media campaigns
- Evaluation, testing and reporting across the social channels
- A level of out of hours community management across evenings and weekends
- Always ensure compliance with the policies in line with the ISO 27001 standard, and GDPR standard BS10012.

**Experience Required**:

- Marketing degree or equivalent
- Excellent copy writing skills and attention to detail; An excellent grasp of the English language (written & spoken)
- Experience writing fun, witty and engaging copy for a publication or blog.
- Interest in current affairs, showbiz and food news.
- Demonstrate a high level of organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task across social media channels.
- Experience in Content Creation, social media or blogging.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to grasp a variety of brands TOV and style.
