About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Media Manager to join our team at Mamas & Papas. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid social media strategies that drive business growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in paid social media marketing.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, including campaign performance, ROI, and recommendations for future optimization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in paid social media marketing, with a strong understanding of campaign development, execution, and optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
