**About The Role**:
We’re thrilled to advertise our brand-new role of Customer Service & Social Media Specialist, located within a historical cotton spinning mill just outside of Huddersfield town centre (quaint, we know). Working closely with both our customer service & marketing teams, you’ll be able to jump from team-to-team, crafting incredible social campaigns while assisting our customers with everything from choosing the right paper to guiding them through our online order process.

As a social media wizz, you will create fun and engaging content to help take our socials into the stratosphere. With a focus on video and visuals, you can call on your team-mates to be part of your latest Insta and TikTok reels, workshop ideas with our marketing mavens, and take your time composing campaigns that’ll help scrollers find their next printing partner (us, of course).

**Responsibilities of the Role**:

- Be our brand guardian on socials, creating fun and engaging content for a range of platforms.
- Actively seek out opportunities to make content - we have the gear; we just need your ideas.
- Use your experience and charm to assist our customers throughout every step of their print journey.
- Monitor our Live Chat web service and offer live support to customers.
- An ambitious, proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail.
- A willingness to contribute ideas and get involved in wider marketing and customer service discussions.
- Good working knowledge of all social media platforms, with proven results in content creation.
- Good MS Office skills, especially Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Great time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pick up new systems quickly and navigate sales databases.
- Amazing written and verbal communication.
- Able to listen to customer’s needs, solve problems and recommend the best products.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to ask key follow-up questions.
- Experience in an e-commerce customer service environment.
- Knowledge of the print industry and processes would be an advantage but isn’t essential if you’re a fast learner.

- £21,000 - £26,000 per year depending on experience
