**The Role**

You'll work to maintain our high level of customer satisfaction as part of your role, being the first point of contact for our customers, and providing exceptional service and support both face to face in our on-site showroom as well as over the phone. You'll receive comprehensive training to develop your product and system knowledge to set you up for success. You'll drive sales by actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and suggesting products to suit these, assist customers with their enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure all customers have a positive experience to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Demonstrate the value of the brand and services in every customer interaction, going above and beyond customers' expectations.
- Greet customers when they enter the showroom, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
- Proactively engage with customers to build rapport, promote sales, and foster repeat business.
- Assist customers to find the perfect product for their needs, answer questions and provide recommendations.
- Maintain the showroom, ensuring it is kept neat and organised. Keep samples in order and displays tidy.
- Assist customers in providing quotes, placing orders, and processing payments.
- Document all customer contacts (where applicable), actions and outcomes accurately and clearly using the admin system and notes.
- Meet or exceed set targets and deliverables whilst maintaining quality.
- Deliver on KPIs and targets related to driving sales, customer excellence, and retention.
- Maintain a positive attitude at all times, being professional and courteous to all stakeholders.
- Work effectively as part of a sales team to achieve company growth.

**Required**
- Previous experience in Customer Service and/or sales roles.
- Ability to learn quickly and retain product knowledge.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional manner.
- The ability to actively listen, understand, and meet customers needs.
- Proactive approach to problem solving and addressing customer needs.
- The ability to multitask and effectively time manage to meet KPIs.
- Positive attitude with a drive to encourage sales and provide excellent customer service.

**Hours of Work**
- 5 shifts over 7 days, including bank holidays.
- Shifts will include weekends.
- 22 days holiday per year plus 8 statutory.
- Additional days holiday after 1 year's service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,500.00 per year
