We are seeking a skilled customer service administrator to join our team at Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative and customer support services to patients, colleagues, and visitors across two main hospitals and community sites.

About the Role:
  • Provide general administrative duties
  • Support customers with inquiries and issues
  • Manage reception services and booking appointments
  • Maintain accurate data records

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in administration, customer service, and communication. We offer comprehensive training and development programs to ensure you succeed in your role.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake the Intermediate Apprenticeship in Customer Service Level 2 or 3. This apprenticeship will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role and progress in your career.
