**Hours**: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

**Business Description**:Phoenox Textiles Ltd are a family-owned têxtile manufacturer based in Clayton West, Huddersfield and we have been operating in this location since 1954. We have a wide range of award-winning brands and distribute worldwide. Having started with just 10 members of staff we now employ over 170 people and continue to innovate and expand in our sector.
- We are looking for an energetic and creative marketing professional to help drive our continued growth. A confident self-starter who has experience implementing complex marketing projects end to end, and can work collaboratively with our existing teams and retail partners to enhance our brands’ visibility and market reach. You will leverage the latest digital marketing communication channels, with a particular emphasis on social media and influencer marketing. Additionally, you will spearhead video marketing efforts and be proactive in creating compelling content that resonates with our target audience. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a creative and energetic individual to contribute to the growth and success of our business in both local and European markets._
- Job role & Responsibilities:_
- _To help develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brands and products._
- _Support work on our BTC website to optimise and keep up to date._
- _Utilise the latest digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, to engage with our audience and drive brand awareness._
- _Identify and collaborate with influencers and key partners to amplify our brand messaging._
- _Lead video marketing initiatives, including conceptualisation, production and distribution of high quality video content._
- _Create engaging and relevant content across various channels to support marketing campaigns and initiatives._
- _Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimise strategies and campaigns._
- _Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities._

- Qualifications and Experience - _
- _Educated to A level or equivalent, a relevant degree is preferable._
- _Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the customer goods sector._
- _Proficiency in leveraging digital marketing channels and tools, with a strong understanding of social media platforms._
- _Preferable experience in influencer marketing and building strategic partnerships._
- _Strong aptitude for video marketing, including scripting, production, and editing._
- _Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and compelling content._
- _Excellent communication and interpersonal skills._
- _Self-motivated and proactive with a can-do attitude._
