About the Role

We are seeking an experienced International Marketing Manager to join our team at MET Marketing Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies on a global scale, working with in-region employees and external distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support sales and communication opportunities in international markets.
  • Liaise with and hold distributor networks accountable for their marketing activity.
  • Work with smaller-scale distributors to develop starter marketing strategies.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and support to distributors on a global scale.
  • Contribute to the formation of positive relationships between distributors and local key opinion leaders, professional associations, and advocacy groups.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure key markets have the necessary collateral.

About You:

  • Proven experience in an autonomous marketing role, ideally within the medical industry.
  • Appreciation of marketing through distributors and marketing to support field sales functions.
  • Understanding of marketing in international markets.
  • Confident communicator of ideas and strategy, with a proven track record of collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent project and account management skills.
  • Experience working with distributor networks on a global scale is preferred.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Using company objectives to execute and develop marketing strategies on a global scale.
  • Working with in-region employees or external distributors to achieve marketing goals.
  • Developing and implementing marketing plans to support sales and communication opportunities.
  • Providing guidance and support to distributors on a global scale.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure key markets have the necessary collateral.

Where You'll Be Based:

The role will be based in our West Yorkshire office, with a requirement to attend the office 2 days a week. The office is accessible from Leeds, Manchester, Wakefield, Bradford, and Huddersfield, and you will likely need to commute by car.

This is a full-time 5-day per week role with flexibility over start and finish times to suit.
