Business Support Executive

**What we’re looking for**:
**A taster of the day to day role responsibilities**:
- Manage office budgets and expenses, including purchasing and maintaining inventory of office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
- Vendor management.
- Ensure smooth and efficient office operations, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and office facilities.
- Develop and maintain office policies and procedures and implement best practices to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Chasing payment of invoices with customers, as required.
- Supporting the recruitment teams with administrative/phone tasks as requested by the Directors.
- Project support for company’s outsourcing division, including fleet management, scheduling, communication, day to day activity and contractor pastoral care.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and industry regulations.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.
- To aid in developing and executing social media marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement and drive conversions across all social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X and LinkedIn.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure social media marketing campaigns are integrated with other marketing efforts.
- Manage the company directors' calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and meeting minutes.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Manage confidential information and maintain records and files as necessary.
- Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned by the company directors.
- To aid in maintaining the company’s Employer Brand to reinforce our Mission, Vision, Purpose and values, both externally and internally.
