We are looking to recruit an additional Administrator to work within an existing high performing Operations Team based at the NMC Competence Centre for testing overseas nurses, midwives and nursing associates.

Working 10am to 4pm Tuesday, Thursday and Friday but having flexibility to work a Saturday or Sunday on a rota basis as requested.

The test centre is expanding due to demand and will be increasing our testing days to 7 days a week.

The post holder will be expected to;
- take their Photo ID and save on the system along with checking their ID and providing them with their name badges
- follow set processes for the Competence Test Centre and in line with Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC)
- work alongside with the Senior Administrator and Assessors to ensure clear communication of bookings and that any issues are dealt with and/or raised in a timely fashion
- on occasion to support the OSCE Technician with preparing exam paperwork in readiness of exams

We are an accredited Living Wage Foundation Employer and currently pay the real living wage. In recognition of this, the starting salary for this post has been increased to pay the higher amount which currently supersedes the actual Grade 4 starting salary before living wage which is £22,681 per annum.

**About you**

Experience of working in an office environment supporting administration tasks and liaising with clients.

**Qualifications**

Essential;
- GSCE in English & Maths (Grade C or above), or equivalent
- A-Levels or equivalent

Desirable;
- Degree or equivalent experience
