Role overview

We are looking for a Finance Administrator to join our Northampton site. This is open to both part time and full time applicants, between 20-40 hours over 3-5 days per week, including weekends on a rota basis.

The Finance Administrator you would be responsible for all financial activities in order to facilitate the safe and effective delivery of services. You will have the opportunity to shape and motivate administrative and financial processes to enhance team performance to achieve targets and to deliver outstanding results. You will work without direct supervision whilst maintaining an efficient professional manner

**What skills and experience do I need?**

We’ll provide training so experience isn’t always needed, but the following things will be advantageous:

- Previous experience in a customer or patient facing role
- Experience in a busy administrative role
- A competent user of all Office 365 programmes
- Tech savvy and comfortable working on new systems e.g. patient record systems
- A good phone manner
- An excellent grasp of the English language both verbally and in written format
- A good team player - happy to jump in and support others when required
