**Job overview**:
Op Courage is a mental health service for armed forces veterans. We are based across the East of England. NSFT works in partnership with colleagues in EPUT, St Andrew's Healthcare, Walking With the Wounded and The Warrior Programme to deliver a comprehensive and integrated service for armed forces veterans.

At the core of delivering this complex service is our administration team, and we require a Senior Administrator for the duration of our existing contract to provide this service, until April 2028.

**Main duties of the job**:
Leading the team's use, understanding and development of the multiple Electronic Patient Care Records and other clinical and business systems that we use across the service.

Assisting the clinicians in the development of logístical solutions for the service pathways, as we develop our new service to meet the needs of our veterans.

Accumulating and contributing relevant information to submissions to NHS England commissioners.

Administration duties such as minute taking, correspondence, procurement, record keeping and booking arrangements.

Supervision of junior administrators if required.

- Understanding and experience in a full range of secretarial procedures and systems gained through senior level.
- Working on own initiative without supervision.
- Ability to work with senior members of staff across a large organisation.
