Administrator

As administrator to our busy Human Resources Team, you will play an instrumental role in supporting the team and the organisation to deliver a high-quality service on all our people related matters. You don’t need to have experience of working in HR, but you do need to be enthusiastic with a strong work ethic and a desire to provide excellent customer service to our stakeholders.

You will be a key member of the team and will be the central point of contact. You will have excellent communication skills and a friendly and welcoming approach. It is essential that you have demonstrable experience of Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook.

We are a small team but aim to provide a high level of service and this post is instrumental in helping us achieve that. There will be opportunities to develop your knowledge and skills in HR and to get involved in a wide variety of tasks. No two days are the same and you will need to have a flexible approach and the ability to respond to conflicting demands.

Contractual Details

Rate of Pay or Salary: £19,300 - £20,644 per annum.

Working Time: 37 hours a week all year round.

Contract Type: Permanent

Pension: Local Government Pension Scheme

Leave entitlement: 25 days per year plus bank holidays and additional discretionary days of leave at Christmas.
