**About You**
You will be providing assistance to our installation department, to offer our customers the high level of service and a the customer journey they deserve.

You will need to be:

- Highly organised
- I.T literate - this is essential (outlook, word & Excel - training will be given on our own CRM)
- Adaptable
- Friendly and approachable
- Be able to work alone, self-motivated, flexible, proactive and committed with good time management skills
- Be an effective team player when working with colleagues to ensure a smooth workflow with maximum output
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Work well under pressure

**About the Role**

Your duties would include but are not limited to:

- Booking surveys
- Booking installations & deliveries
- Warranty/insurance registration
- Looking after upcoming, current & late projects.
- Answering customer calls and providing assistance
- Co-ordinating remedial/aftersales care
- Weekly schedules for fitters and trades

Experience in administration, customer service, planning or project coordination is preferred.

**Hours/Benefits**
- Monday to Friday 8.00 am - 5.00 pm
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays, increasing to 29 after 1 year for your birthday off.
- Christmas shut down
- 1 hour daily break
- Pension contribution
- Newly renovated office in an award-winning showroom

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
