Office Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Dealing with shipping goods via courier, UK export and import
- Processing sales orders
- Dealing with invoices, shipping and delivery notes
- Basic office admin work such as filing and organising
- Liaising with the production team and senior staff
- Assisting with Payroll, organising paperwork required and liaising with staff
This is not an exhaustive list and the job responsibilities may vary.
Skills needed:
- Knowledge of Xero Payroll (preferred)
- Knowledge of Xero Accounts ( Preferred)
- Experience with handling PayRoll queries and paperwork ( Preferred)
- Good level of understanding Microsoft for example: outlook, Word and Excel
- Good written and verbal communication
- Confident and approachable
- Strong ability to Follow instructions
- Able to be a team player
- Ability to work alone on directed tasks
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £13.50 per hour
