We're looking for a Monitoring Officer to join our FM team based in Hinchingbrooke.

**Location**: Hinchingbrooke - on site working.

**Contract**:Full Time, Permanent contract. Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

**What will you be responsible for?**

As a Monitoring Officer, you'll be working within the FM Team, supporting them in the day to day monitoring of services that they are delivered in line with contract KPI's and local performance indicators.

Your day to day will include:

- Carrying out daily monitoring checks of site personnel as they go about their daily tasks which will include Engineers, Porters and Domestics teams.
- Compile reports with the assistance of the customer advisor for service delivery of KPIs.
- Manage and keep up to date all monitoring documents and systems employed by Kier on site.
- Assist in the management of the Helpdesk and provide additional cover when needed
