Due to TCR’s ever expanding growth in the irrigation industry an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team, in the role of Office Administrator, in our Chertsey Office**.**
TCR Irrigation Limited is dedicated to providing watering solutions. The staff of TCR Irrigation understands that each of our clients' needs are completely different, so each irrigation system we install is individually designed. Head Office is located at the heart of Cheshire and a southern office in Surrey. TCR are strategically based to maintain easy access to all our customers in the U.K.
**Job description**
Full time (minimum of 30 hrs per week), permanent position
The position will be Monday to Friday. TCR’s standard office hours are within the hours of 07.30 - 16.30. The role may require additional hours when necessary.
You will be expected to deliver a high standard of work, deliver excellent customer service & be punctual with a can-do attitude. Attention to detail is a must.
Office Administrator for the Companies southern office. Duties will encompass the whole office both Head Office and our office in Chertsey
Main Priorities
- Support the Operations Manager
- Liaising with contractors to ensure office maintenance is kept in good condition
- Organising MD’s and engineer accommodation
- Cover reception roles and responsibilities when required
- Ensure all personnel documents are kept up to date
- Ensure all documents are indexed and filed correctly
- Organise utilities as and when required
- Monitor Congestion & ULEZ
- Record staff holidays
- Coordinate the smooth running of the office
- Must be happy to take on ad hoc duties when required
Key Skills and Experience
- Office Management experience within the construction industry or similar
- Level 3 NVQ in Business Administration an advantage
- The ability to work on your own
- Excellent telephone manner
- Input information onto computer system and assign to correct projects
- Effective time management and organisational skills,
- Effective administration skills
- PA Skills
- Ability to form working relationships with people at all levels.
- Working well both independently and as part of a team
- Discretion, trustworthy, discreet

- Reside within a reasonable commute of our Office based in Chertsey

- Wage £30,100 per annum based on a 40 hour week & experience
- Workplace Pension Scheme
