Due to continued expansion, Fredrick Edwards Associates are looking to recruit THREE additional Outbound Service Advisors to join our expanding Sign Up team in the centre of Stockport.

You might have call centre experience, or you may have worked in retail or hospitality where providing excellent service is paramount.

These are permanent, full time positions working the following hours...

9am til 7pm on Monday to Thursday

9am til 1pm on Friday (but you get this day off if you're achieving target)

You will be speaking to customers to explain our range of tax products and services that could mean they receive a refund from HMRC of £1000's.
- **If you have a passion for delivering great customer service, achieving and exceeding targets, love working in a team environment and have great communication skills, this role is perfect for you**_

To be considered for the role you must have the following skills:
- A fantastic telephone manner
- First class communication skills
- Experience of working as part of a team
- The confidence to deal with a broad range of customers
- Excellent organisation skills
- Great attention to detail
- At least 12 months proven experience in a PPI, Debt Management or claims role is an advantage **but not essential as full training is provided**
