Coordinator-maintenance Helpdesk

You will provide Store Support via the Maintenance Help Desk and maintain all spreadsheets & associated documents.
This role is a hybrid working opportunity
- 2 days in the office 3 at home.
**What you'll be doing**:
**Administration**:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Company policies & procedures.
- Stay informed about contractor pricing.
- Ensure effective & prompt distribution of all incoming correspondence from contractors.
- Utilise PC skills and relevant packages efficiently.
- Maintain order logging system.
- Input data into Daily, Weekly & Monthly Maintenance reports.
- Place orders via Service Now.
- Assist in producing Daily record sheets of logged issues & their status.
- Confirm with contractors that jobs have been completed and issue feedback from stores.
**Telephone Handling**:
- Serve as the first point of contact for stores reporting Maintenance issues.
- Take accurate messages on the works required at stores and pass on to the relevant contractor.
- Follow up with contractors using the ServiceNow order system.
- Answer all calls promptly and always maintain professional call handling techniques.
- Provide 1st Line fix whenever possible.
- Communicate with contractors regarding repairs carried out.
**What we'll look for in you**:
- Proven administrative experience
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Basic understanding of Dunelm Stores (not essential)
- General understanding of equipment within Dunelm Stores (not essential)
- Geographical knowledge (not essential).
Further training will be provided.
