Interpak Ltd is a well established business in High Wycombe. We manufacture and design protective foam packaging.

**Responsibilities**:

- New sales - winning new customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand business opportunities
- Identify potential clients and conduct research to understand their needs and preferences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Meeting with prospective clients, showcasing the value of our products and services
- Negotiate pricing and close deals with clients
- Understanding of design will be a bonus - this will help understand clients needs for their packaging material requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Business Development, sales representitive or sales manager
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Travel to new and existing clients in the UK

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
