**Role Overview**:
The role is required to support the Council to undertake its statutory functions for the Councils property portfolio and schools. To support the property team to develop, schedule and coordinate the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) including statutory tests and inspections across the Councils property portfolio and schools.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To lead in the use of the Property Asset Management (PAM) system, collaborating with the property teams to enable the efficient coordination and management of planned preventative maintenance and supply chain engagement, working alongside the Councils service delivery teams.
- To review the range of PPMs to maintain the property servicing schedules to ensure orders are placed, works completed and related service reports/documentation is received and available for service users within the PAM system.
- To accurately update and maintain the Councils PAM system and produce detailed reports to ensure compliance across the portfolio along with producing Contractor KPI reports.
- To work independently to support and enable the delivery of the PPM function, with key responsibility relating to the maintenance of the PAM system, collaborating with property team members and clients.

**Key Requirements**:
To succeed in this role, you will need as a minimum:

- Educated to - Level three qualification (e.g., A level, NVQ, ONC
- Understanding of property management principles and processes to facilitate property maintenance.
- Strong communication skills, a sound knowledge of maintenance and workflow processes, with strong technology skills.
