Accounts Administrator

Our well-established ever growing client are now looking for an experienced individual to join their fun and friendly team to assist with all aspects of administration and accounting. This is a permanent position based within their rural offices in Wotton Under Edge.
You will work closely alongside the Office Manager within the administration department, this being the key to the company’s success in providing first class service to all of their customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Processing of weekly Payroll
- Allocation of payments/receipts on to the ledger process purchase invoices
- CIS processing/return
- Process sales and sub contract invoices
- Bank Reconciliations
- Process Loan accounts
- Deal with Purchase ledger account queries
- Reconcile Supplier Statements
- Process weekly and monthly payment runs, process payments to suppliers via BACS
- Raise sales invoices in accounting systems
- Review overdue accounts, chase payments and resolve any queries
- Reconcile credit card statements, ensuring all receipts are coded correctly
- Prepare VAT returns for accountants
- Prepare site files inc. H&S information
- General administration as required
- Previous office experience
- Proficient in the use of accounts software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn on the job and adapt easily to change
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proactive and innovative
**Hours -** Monday - Friday - 40 hours per week (part time hours also available)
**Salary - **Up to £26k per annum + free parking
