We are seeking an organised and motivated individual to join our team in Newcastle as an office administrator within our accountancy firm.
Good communication skills are essential, you must be able to work well with others and on your own.
Microsoft word and excel experience required.
**Main Duties**
- Uploading client paperwork for colleagues ready to prepare accounts.
- Implement & run a work system to improve efficiency within the office.
- Organise and maintain our filing system whilst digitalising historical records.
- Communicate with HMRC on behalf of clients to help resolve any queries.
- In house credit control and processing payments.
- Other general office administrative duties that may arise.
The position is for 35 hours per week although we can be flexible for the right applicant.
Salary circa £20,820 pro rota.
**Salary**: £20,820.00 per year
