We have an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join an ever-growing and successful specialist client based in Staffordshire. Joining a warm, friendly team within a fast-paced environment, the role will provide administrative support to divisionalmanagement and customers.
**Job Description**:
- Answering all queries within a timely and professional manner
- As the Administrator, they will control the support of planned and remedial works in line with standard procedures
- Issue, track, and review work are undertaken documentation (test certificates, reports etc)
- The administrator may need to carry out any other administration duties as and when required
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Experience in the service industry with field-based personnel is desirable but not essential
- Strong IT skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organisational skills with proven experience in a good system and record maintenance
- Customer-focused with a strong service ethos
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
**Salary**: £20,000 per Annum DOE
