Sales Negotiator

**About us**
Ellis and Co is a small business in Wembley with approximately 12 staff members. We are professional, agile and modern office located on a busy location with a positive work environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as a point of contact between buyers, and sellers
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales agreements
- Maintain a database of available properties and update listings regularly
- Assist with property appraisals and valuations
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing contracts and managing documentation
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in sales or lettings is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in administrative tasks and attention to detail
- Hungry to succeed and passionate to help people a must.
- Must have a UK Driving licence and have access to own car.

**Salary**: £23,694.00-£35,952.00 per year
