**The Company**

Willsmer Wagg is one of the leading distributors of high value, on trend promotional merchandise. Based in Worthing we are looking for a creative and forward-thinking Operations Administrator to join our highly successful team. We are a small company with a solid industry reputation for helping clients increase business through brand awareness. We create and manage online branded merchandise solutions for our UK and EMEA clients with 24/7 ordering access which supports their events and promotions.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Operations Director this role will be responsible for the stock management and distribution of orders from our 3 Warehouses in the UK, EU and USA. You will be liaising with clients and our partner warehouses on a regular basis, updating stock and ensuring all distributions arrive on time at their destination.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To ensure client orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered in accordance with client requirements.
- Planning the delivery of stock and despatch times according to client requests
- To manage all split orders ensuring goods are dispatched from Warehouse.
- To manage all delivery spreadsheets and special requests by the client and check for any export issues.
- Manage all Goods In procedures with 3 Warehouses and be point of contact for any issues.
- Prepare all month end stock lists for clients highlighting low stock for re-ordering
- To raise and log any issues or difficulties with supply and deliveries and find a positive solution.
- Managing third-party couriers and track deliveries
- Liaising with Sales and Operations Department regarding customer orders

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**
- Experience in administration, distribution of goods and tracking of products to clients.
- Customer service a proven track record, both written and verbal
- An innovative, positive, and flexible approach with the determination to overcome obstacles with creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and commercial acumen
- A positive attitude and the capacity to work harmoniously within a team environment.
- Advanced Level Outlook, Word and Excel knowledge
- Fast and fluent keyboard skills
- Supportive team player

Pay: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
