Accounts Administrator

Thus is a terrific new opportunity to join a growing business. The new position of accounts administrator reports to the head of accounts and will be key to ensuring the smooth-running of sales and purchase ledgers as well as office administration relating to projects.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and issuing sales invoices to customers
- Processing supplier payments
- Dealing with enquiries and ensuring efficient responses and resolution
- Reconciling accounts
- Assisting the operations team with administrative tasks as required
- Effective use of Xero, Excel, Sage and the CRM system.
- Experienced in accounts and general office administration
- A team player who thrives in a busy environment
- A strong communicator with a passion for accuracy and quality.

Please note that standard hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. WFH will be an option after probation of three months.
