You will be assisting your colleagues with the successful delivery of multiple projects with a variety of clients in the highway and railway sectors. This involves the development and ongoing management of pre-construction information, site programmes, safety documentation and compliance processes.

**Key Accountabilities**

Provide wide-ranging administration support to Ops Team Managers. General office organisation.

Reception and main point of contact responsibilities. Awareness of Ops Team diaries and coordination of appointments. Minute Taking and Distribution _- (Training can be provided)._

Supporting the monitoring and maintenance of office procedures surrounding documentation, including scanning and shredding. Supporting organisation of travel and hotel arrangements, ensuring appropriate arrangements are made in line with agreed policies and costs using our booking system. Support to Ops Team with vendor sourcing, supply chain documentation, ordering and invoicing. Be on hand for Team Technicians to collect Kit, Pick up and Drop off Vehicle Keys. Resource Training Providers and Book Courses for Delegates when required. Assist with maintaining excel database registers that relate to the Business Day to Day.

- MUST be confident to drive with own vehicle.
- MUST be able to get to and from the Office based in Bellshill daily.
- Desire to make a positive impact whilst at work - e.g., _suggesting process improvement, offering to help others._
