**HR & Recruitment Officer**

Simply Develop UK is a proactive development organisation, based in Strathclyde Business Park, Bellshill covering the UK. - A confident communicator who listens and uses constructive, positive language when communicating
- Excellent written English ability, as staff notices and letters require to be accurate and reflective of the company values
- Excellent administration skills, organising paper and IT filing systems
- Proficient in Microsoft IT Packages, notably, Outlook, Work, Excel and Powerpoint
- Will have rounded social skills, emotional intelligence, to work effectively with a wide range of personalities and styles of work
- Confident speaking with people on the telephone and making arrangements
- Effective and efficient administrator, sharing information with managers in a timely manner
- Can represent the company in a positive light when communicating with applicants

While it is not necessary to have formal qualifications where there is experience of having carried out a similar role, applicants who have or who are working towards a relevant qualification in HR would of course be welcome. For example, HNC, HND, CIPD modules or degree.

While the position is predominantly office based, there will be times when the HR and Recruitment Officer requires to travel to locations around the UK, possibly for one or two days at a time, to support the operation.
