Working Days: Monday to Friday 0800-1700 (With rotational on call service)
Pay: I.RO £25,000 With Bonus Scheme and Sales Incentives
Day to Day Duties:
Working on a hot desk within the region of 30-40 clients, checking in our workers and dealing with customer requirements. You must have a sales focus and be able to work on bring on brand new clients as well as growing the desk that you be given. Working towards KPI's and exceeding these in line with Company Budgets and expectations.
Essential Skills:
Coming from a previous sale background to help and aid you within this role to grow and succeed. Must hold current driving licence
Desirable Experience:
Coming from a recruitment background with the knowledge and understanding of working on a desk and how to service clients and help their business needs
What training is provided?
2 Day training will be held at our Head Office in Walsall and all expenses paid in advance. On the job training within the branch and regular training delivered by our Learning and Development team
