HR Specialist

Based at our manufacturing site in Bellshill, Scotland. This full-time (Mon-Fri) permanent Human Resources Specialist role will report to the HR & IT Process Manager. Joining our small and friendly team, we want you to bring your knowledge and enthusiasm to support us as a growing business, whilst continuing to develop your own knowledge and experience.

**What You Will Do**

The following list is typical of the level of duties which the post holder is expected to perform or be responsible for. It is not exhaustive and other duties of similar type and level may be expected from time to time.
- Provide fully comprehensive HR support to our 5 locations.
- To act as a first point of contact for all clients - internal and external
- to the HR team.
- To provide an effective HR administration service relating to the employment lifecycle - onboarding, absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, offboarding etc.
- To provide HR reports and weekly communication with site management.
- To ensure accurate HR records on all employees are maintained in accordance with GDPR regulations.

**Who You Are**

With a proactive approach to work with effective planning and prioritising abilities, you will have:

- Highly organised and able to work using own initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Professional and approachable.
- Experience of working in a busy HR role and using HR systems is desirable; or Administration experience within an office / professional environment.
- Excellent Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.
- Accuracy and good attention to detail.
- Demonstrates tact and diplomacy with a confidential and professional approach to work
- Ability to work effectively in a changing environment, using strong communication and listening skills.

**Salary**: £10.42-£12.73 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 39 per week
