We are seeking a Council Tax Assessment Officer to join our dedicated team within the Income & Debt department.

Your role will involve administering Council Tax accounts in compliance with current regulations, ensuring effective revenue collection through various channels. Responsibilities include processing changes of address, awarding discounts and exemptions, making payment arrangements and handling enquiries via multiple channels along with proactive efforts to enhance revenue collection.
